After Intersec 2024 trade, Our team travelled to Dragon City in the UAE for an important face-to-face meeting with the local dealer about our pipe grooving machine. The visit not only strengthened our partnership with the dealer, but also provided valuable customer feedback of pipe roll grooving machine and suggestions for upgrading and improving our Hydraulic roll grooving machines, further boosting our confidence for further co-operation. These feedbacks are very valuable to our R&D team and will be an important basis for us to improve and upgrade our roll groover machines in the future. We will carefully analyse these feedbacks and combine them with our own technical advantages to continuously improve our steel pipe grooving machine to better meet our customers’ needs.
In the future, we will further strengthen the communication and cooperation with our dealers, and constantly improve and upgrade our power pipe roll groover and pipe cutting machine to meet the needs of our customers. We firmly believe that through our joint efforts, our cooperation will be closer and our ridgid roll grooving machine replacement will be even better.
