UM2 Electric Cut Grooving Machine is a motor driven cut groover designed with advanced hydraulic fixing and manual blade feeding system to perform cut grooves in pipes of 2″ thru 12″ diameter (φ60-φ325mm), SCH40 and up, the max grooving thickness up to 30mm. in all possible material.
The grooves are formed by mechanically advancing a grooving roll into the pipe which is supported by a knurl drive roll. The Electric Hydraulic Cut Groover is designed for heavy volume work on job site and for workshop in-house fabrication.
This time we have improved a few things as below:
- Shorten the distance between the feed knife and the pressure wheel, cutting without vibration.
- Add the cutting knife cooling box
- Improve the frame’s shape, increase weight, and work more mobile.
- The bracket is changed to cross-type bracket with a stronger load bearing.
- Grooving roll lengthened, doubled 8 pcs bearing, reduced bearing the average bearing weight, life expectancy is longer.
The groove cut machine can quickly and accurately complete the cutting pipes and improve production efficiency.
